These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of https://carbonixconsulting.com and purchases of music marketing services from Mason Carbone. By using this site or completing checkout, you agree to these Terms.

Services
We offer music marketing and promotion services (playlist placement, advertising, press, social growth, and related packages) as described on our services pages. Specific deliverables depend on the package you purchase.
Results and estimates
Marketing outcomes depend on your content, genre, audience, and platform algorithms. Unless a written agreement states otherwise, we do not guarantee specific stream counts, view counts, chart positions, follower totals, or revenue. Numbers shown on package pages are projections or estimates, not promises of results.
Where we describe playlist placement or advertising delivery, we commit to performing the described campaign activity — not to a minimum level of listener or viewer engagement.
Payments and subscriptions
Prices are shown at checkout. Payment processing is provided by Stripe. Some packages bill as one-time payments; others bill monthly as subscriptions until canceled according to Stripe's subscription flow. You are responsible for applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout.
Client responsibilities
- Provide accurate contact and billing information
- Supply materials (links, assets, releases) needed to run your campaign on time
- Ensure you have rights to the music and content you submit for promotion
- Comply with platform rules (Spotify, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) and applicable laws
Cancellations and refunds
Refund eligibility depends on the package purchased and how much work has already been performed. Contact us at 845-287-4776 before disputing a charge so we can resolve the issue directly.
Intellectual property
You retain ownership of your music and creative materials. You grant us a limited license to use those materials solely to deliver the services you purchased. Site content, branding, and our marketing methods remain our property unless agreed in writing.
Disclaimer
The site and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties where allowed.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mason Carbone is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or services. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid us for that purchase in the three (3) months before the claim.
Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree to bring claims only in courts located in Florida, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
